Seawind's Former Producers

Both Harvey Mason and George Duke gave performances at this year's Java Jazz Festival. What do these two jazz icons have in common? They are both former producers of past Seawind albums. Harvey Mason produced Seawind's first two albums for Creed Taylor's CTI Records ('76 & '77) and George Duke produced Seawind's fourth album which was released on Herb Alpert and Jerry Moss's A&M Records ('80). Pictured below are both George & Harvey at the festival in Jakarta, Indonesia, holding Seawind's brand new Reunion CD which was produced by Seawind band members, Larry Williams and Bob Wilson.
